The House
This artistically striking 112-year-young, one of a kind villa was built by national award winning architect Jeffrey A. Barnes. Every room is architecturally unique and preserved through the generations with many of the original fixtures intact. The 5100 square feet main villa sleeps 15 guests and accommodates up to 20 guests in 5 unique bedrooms with 5 unique attached bathrooms. The formal office workspace & library have a wall to wall desk, wireless printer and books for all ages with high speed Wi-Fi across the entire property. There are two additional in-bedroom desk workspaces. For the audiophiles, the villa vaunts a studio-grade, 35 lb. luxury Bluetooth speaker made of custom concrete by New York's Master and Dynamic. The cozy rectangular sun-room boasts floor to ceiling framed windows with 270 degree views and rays of sunshine in nearly all seasons. There is a dedicated room for video/television and board-games with a twin daybed and two additional smart televisions around the house. A separate Billiards/ Pool table room adds further opportunity for interaction. Google Nest thermostats keep the central heating and air conditioning at your desired temperature with additional local HVAC units installed in all bedrooms for supplemental use.
